Rebecca Brogan

Rebecca Brogan is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota.  She is now serving the Lord as a missionary in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia where she lives with her husband Joe.

She primarily preaches the gospel through her Christian fine art (drawings and paintings) at Hobart's open air market, Salamanca and also ministers in other ways.

“I fervently long for all people to personally know Jesus and to worship Him.”

“It is my greatest hope and prayer that my artwork bears faithful testimony to the truth and light of Jesus Christ, speaking of Him first and foremost as the Savior and Redeemer of the world.”

"My art is also a record of the journey on which God has personally taken me and so also speaks of Him as Lord, Friend, Teacher, Guide, Refuge, Strength, Shield, Deliverer, Comforter, Healer and many other things. “It is my prayer for the skeptic and for the inquirer that God will communicate His invisible but very real existence and workings through my visual artwork.”

“My pieces offer the message of forgiveness, restoration and hope to everyone.”

She also seeks to encourage born again Christians in their relationships with God. Furthermore, her ministry also urges Christians to fulfill their role in the Great Commission by reaching the ‘unreached’ people groups, who are very dear to the heart of God.

“All my artwork is done for the glory of God and will be used according to His sovereign purpose in each viewer’s life.”

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the GIFT of God; not of works, so that no man should glory.  For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God afore prepared that we should walk in them.  Eph. 2:8-10
